"Billing is simple and clear"
Pura billing has been really easy for me so far. Nice. The charges show up the way I expect, and I can see what I’m paying for before anything renews. No random hidden fees or surprise charges on my card, which I really appreciate. Relief. It just makes it easier to keep using without feeling like I have to constantly double-check everything

"really nice scents, but some are stronger than others"
i’ve tried a few pura scents now and most of them smell really good. they don’t have that super fake plug-in smell, which i really appreciate. my favorite one lasts a decent amount of time, but a couple of the others felt a little weak even when i turned the setting up. overall i’m still happy with them, i just wish the scent strength was more consistent from one fragrance to the next

"Refill was actually annoying to install"
I tried installing the refill twice and it still ended up leaking. The app actually didn’t really help much either, so the whole thing was frustrating.

"Looks good, but kind of a pain"
It looks nice on the counter, but refilling it is a mess pretty much every time. I’d say I spill something about 8 or 9 times out of 10, so it gets annoying fast

"Easy return process"

"Scheduling is easy, but I keep running into the same annoyances"
Setting up the schedule is simple, and the controls do work well. I just keep getting annoyed by the same little issues over and over again. It works, but I find myself complaining about the same things every time I use it

"Support Took Forever, But They Did Come Through"
I did hear back from customer service, but wow, it felt like I was waiting an eternity. I was getting frustrated, but to be fair, they did eventually fix the issue. So in the end, it was fine, nothing amazing, nothing terrible, just kind of okay.

"The scent really lasts"
I was surprised by this. The pura scent lasts way longer than I expected. I keep mine on a low setting too. I still notice it when I walk in after work.
Most plug-ins fade fast for me. Sometimes after just a day or two. This one keeps going for weeks. Switching scents is easy too. I’m happy with it

"Not much scent for me"

"Smells nice, but the connection is hit or miss"
I really like the scent, it smells great, honestly. But my device keeps disconnecting more often than I’d like, which gets annoying after a while. Not a total dealbreaker, but yeah, I wish it stayed connected better...

"Easiest Warranty Replacement Ever"
My pura started having an issue and I was dreading the whole warranty process, but oh my gosh, it was ridiculously easy. I sent a quick message, and before I knew it, they were shipping out a replacement. No drama, no endless back-and-forth, no headache at all. I was seriously so relieved!

"Feels like a solid deal to me"
I wasn’t totally sure about it at first, but my gut says it’s worth the price. The scents stick around longer than I expected, so it doesn’t feel like I’m just throwing money away. Overall, it feels like a good value, and I’d probably grab it again.

I ordered a few different Pura scents and, to be fair, I wasn’t expecting anything complicated, I was mostly just hoping the order wouldn’t get mixed up since I chose a variety.
Everything arrived exactly as I ordered it. The scents were right, the quantities matched, nothing was missing, and the packaging was solid with no leaks or anything odd.
It was a straightforward experience, but that’s a good thing. I think it’s only fair to give credit when an online order shows up correctly the first time.

"Decent scents, but the WiFi is frustrating"
When it’s actually working, the scents are nice, so I’ll give it that. But the WiFi setup and connection have been a real headache. It keeps dropping, and I’ve had to reset it way more times than I expected. The app also gets stuck spinning, which gets annoying fast. I’ve used similar devices from other brands that stayed connected much better, so this one feels a bit behind in that area.

"Shipping was super slow"
I ordered a diffuser refill and thought it would get here way sooner, but it took almost two weeks. The tracking barely updated too, which was annoying because I kept checking it like it was going to magically change. Side note, I was trying to get the house smelling nice before having people over, and of course it showed up after that. The refill itself is fine, no complaints there, but the shipping was slow enough that I probably won’t be in a rush to order again...

"Good enough, but could be easier to use"
The app works fine most of the time, and it gets the basic job done. But changing schedules feels more confusing than it needs to be. It should be straightforward to update something like that. It also loads slowly sometimes, which gets frustrating when you just want to make a quick change and move on...

"Works better than I thought"
I’ve only had my pura diffuser for a few weeks, so I’m kind of rushing this review, but so far it’s been great. The scent fills my living room evenly, and I like that I can turn it down when it gets a little too strong. The app has been easy enough for me to use too. No issues yet, and I’m happy with it.

"Smart Home Setup is Kinda Frustrating"
I really wanted this to work, but it’s been a pain. Alexa keeps disconnecting for no obvious reason, and the app is just a Mess to deal with. Half the time I’m tapping around trying to figure out what’s going on instead of actually using the smart home stuff
